Yoga at your convenience, customized for you.

Yoga is an ancient practice that unifies body, mind and breath. My approach to teaching yoga incorporates a strong foundation in the principles of somatic awareness and functional movement. Additionally, I work with clients who’ve experienced psychological trauma to help them understand the relationship between stress and physical symptoms, and the use of yoga and meditation to address depression and the symptoms of PTSD. I devote much of my creative energies to studying and writing about the connections between the principles of Jungian/Archetypal Psychology and the practice of yoga.
